Office Manager and Treatment Coordinator
Hello and welcome! I’m Cheryl, and I’ve worked with Dr. Max and since 1997. I love working for a doctor who cares about each patient’s smile and oral health as much as he cares about the patient as a person. That is true of everyone here: we have a vast knowledge of orthodontics, love getting to know our patients and families, and fill the office with laughter. We love creating great smiles!
I handle the day-to-day running of the office, and am the Treatment Coordinator, too. I work closely with patients and parents to get treatment started, reviewing the process, answering questions, and managing the paperwork and records.
I grew up in Monroe, and my husband Jamie and I have been married since 1991. I have two adult kids and one son-in-law. I love snowmobiling, boating, wine tasting, and cooking. Jamie and I have donated our BBQ cooking skills to cater the Rotary Barn Dance, Rod and Gun Club, and several friends’ wedding. We are not professional caterers, but enjoy cooking and giving back to our community and friends.
Hi and welcome to Dr. Max Orthodontics! I’m Stacy and I’ve been with the office since 1998. Dr. Max is an amazing doctor and he creates beautiful smiles. He, and everyone at the office, are great people, team players, and dedicated to providing the best care. I enjoy working with a great boss and coworkers, and love seeing the transformation of people’s smiles!
Working in the front office, I greet and check in patients, accept and update paperwork, and manage accounts. I also answer the phones and schedule appointments.
My best friend, Jim, is also my husband. We have five kids between us, and three grandkids who bring us a lot of happiness. We love to travel and spend time outdoors, especially in sunny climates. We also value our friendships and enjoy getting together with loved ones when we can. Jim and I share a love for Boston Terriers and will be getting a new puppy in November 2020.
Welcome to Dr. Max Orthodontics! My name is Kelly and I’ve been with the practice since 2017. I love working for such a caring and fun doctor, and being part of a fun-loving, skilled team. We all enjoy getting to know our patients, personally, and love seeing how changing someone’s smile grows their confidence!
I work in our clinic, where I handle sterilization, preparation for procedures, and seat patients. I assist Dr. Max, chairside, place wires, take records, and also work in our lab to create retainers.
Outside the office, I love watching reality TV with my dog, Bentley, as much as I love spending time with friends and family.
Hi, I’m Tracy! I’ve been with Dr. Max Orthodontics since 2018 and love being part of a team that feels like family. We have a great time everyday and love providing an upbeat and positive atmosphere. Nothing beats working with this team and seeing our patients achieve the smile they want!
I’m one of Dr. Max’s assistants and I work in the clinic. In addition to assisting the doctor, chairside, during treatment, I take photos, X-rays, and impressions.
Family keeps me busy when I’m not at work. I have been married for 20 years and we have four wonderful children and two dogs. I love spending my free time with family, attending my children’s sporting events, and long walks with the dogs.
Hi and welcome! I’m Shaylyn and I’m the newest member of the Dr. Max Orthodontics team, having joined the office in 2019. I am happy to be part of a practice that’s a family. We all help each other to provide patients with the best experience. It’s really rewarding to spend my days making people’s lives better by giving them a beautiful smile!
As an assistant, I sterilize and prepare the clinical area, seat patients, and assist Dr. Max with procedures. I also change out wires, take records, and encourage patients to keep up with home care and oral hygiene.
When I’m not at work, I’m enjoying being a dog mom to my three-year old pit mix, Mallie. We enjoy everything from going on hikes to snuggling on the couch and watching reality TV shows.
